KINGFISHER CAMPGROUND (US FOREST SERVICE) is a RV Park in or near the town of Estacada. It is a fairly small park with a claimed 22 rv sites to park your coach. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a mansion on wheels. We do not believe the park has electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style.
