KANKAKEE SOUTH KOA is a RV Park in or near the town of Kankakee. It is a small to medium park with a claimed 70 sites to park your coach. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your large RV since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. If you just cannot get away without a little taste of the internet – do not be alarmed – 802.11 WiFi is at the park. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access.
