JOHNNY APPLESEED CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Fort Wayne. It is a somewhat small park with a claimed 36 sites to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you just cannot get away without a little taste of the internet – do not be alarmed – Wireless Internet is at the park. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Fort Wayne – instead stop and rest at JOHNNY APPLESEED CAMPGROUND.
