JEFFERSON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS is a RV Park in or near the town of Golden. It is a somewhat small park with a claimed 40 sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Your Big Rig should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. One of the more civilized services – WiFi – is provided by the owners of the park. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If you ever get near Golden make sure you stop on by the JEFFERSON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS.
