INDIAN RIVER STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Manistique. It is a largish park with a claimed 145 pads to park your camper. This park has no pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your Big Rig since the sites are built for large RVs. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Manistique, you might find a great place to stay at INDIAN RIVER STATE PARK.
