HOWARD PRAIRIE LAKE RESORT is a RV Park in or near the town of Ashland. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a listed 250 rv sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a Motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip gin and tonics in style. I am confident that the kind folks at HOWARD PRAIRIE LAKE RESORT would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Ashland.
