HENDY WOODS STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Boonville. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a listed 92 pads to park your home away from home. This park has no pull thru sites. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a very long camper. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip gin and tonics in style.
