HENDERSON PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Henderson. It is a somewhat small park with a claimed 38 pads to park your camper. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your 45 footer since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip gin and tonics in style. Do not just drive by Henderson – instead stop and rest at HENDERSON PARK.
