HART STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Hartwell. It is a mostly medium park with a listed 78 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your very large camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little ole Yeller since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. Do not just drive by Hartwell – instead stop and rest at HART STATE PARK.
