HARD LABOR CREEK STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Rutledge. It is a small park with a claimed 51 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. When you are relaxing and enjoying your RV, you will also enjoy the Cable TV hookups too. Go ahead and bring along little ole Furr Ball since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at HARD LABOR CREEK STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Rutledge.
