HANGING ROCK STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Danbury. It is a mostly medium park with a claimed 73 spots to park your coach. This park has no pull thru sites. We are not sure that your very long camper can fit comfortably so please call ahead. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip jack and coke in style. Do not just drive by Danbury – instead stop and rest at HANGING ROCK STATE PARK.
