GUNNISON NATIONAL FOREST – LAKEVIEW CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Almont. It is a small park with a possible 59 slots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a very long RV rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Almont, you might find a great place to stay at GUNNISON NATIONAL FOREST – LAKEVIEW CAMPGROUND.
