GREAT SMOKEY MOUNTAIN RV CAMPING RESORT is a RV Park in or near the town of Whittier. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a listed 251 slots to park your coach. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your large RV should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. If your wife or significant other insists on Oprah reruns network be assured, the park offers Cable TV hookups. Indications are that this park is not particularly animal friendly. Note – tent camping is forbidden. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here.
