GRAND ISLE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Grand Isle. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 117 sites to park your coach. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a Big Daddy RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at GRAND ISLE STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Grand Isle.
