GOLDEN GATE CANYON STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Golden. It is a largish park with a claimed 132 rv sites to park your coach. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If you are driving a mansion on wheels, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at GOLDEN GATE CANYON STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Golden.
