GIFFORD PHOT STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Lewisberry. It is a somewhat large park with a listed 340 rv sites to park your RV. This park has no pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your Big Daddy RV since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip soda in style. Do not just drive by Lewisberry – instead stop and rest at GIFFORD PHOT STATE PARK.
