GETTYSBURG BATTLEFIELD RESORT (TRAVEL RESORT OF AMERICA) is a RV Park in or near the town of Gettysburg. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a reported 200 sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your Motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. One of the more civilized services – 802.11 WiFi – is provided by the owners of the park. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Gettysburg, you might find a great place to stay at GETTYSBURG BATTLEFIELD RESORT (TRAVEL RESORT OF AMERICA).
