FORT KASKASKIA STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Ellis Grove. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a listed 265 rv sites to park your camper. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a Big Daddy RV. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Fluffy since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at FORT KASKASKIA STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Ellis Grove.
