Flat Creek Farms RV Resort, We are a family owned and operated RV park located in Waco,TX. Taking Exit 328 on I35 and a quick hop 1.7 miles East of the interstate on Greig Drive, we are the perfect mid-way point for travelers between Dallas and Austin as well as Snow Birds or Winter Texans as we like to call y’all! We are are a little slice of Texas Heaven with all the amenities of the city just a couple miles away.

Flat Creek Farms has been witness to weddings, baby showers, family reunions, barbeques and many other festive events. It is time we share such a wonder with new friends whether it be stopping in for a night or making Flat Creek Farms a temporary home. We are excited to share with others what has brought our family so much joy.

With that goal in mind, the RV Resort idea began it’s incubation. The cows, chickens, goats, sheep and fish were already in residence. All that was needed were some comforts for visiting guests. 57 beautiful RV sites along the flowing Flat Creek are now up and running, welcoming new friends to come enjoy the beauty of this wonderful piece of land. It is with genuine Southern hospitality and family pride that we invite you to join us on our farm, deep in the heart of Texas, and spend a few days with us and our ever-growing family of feathered and furry friends, among the glistening ponds and mature trees!
