FLAMING GORGE RECREATION AREA – MUSTANG RIDGE is a RV Park in or near the town of Dutch John. It is a mostly medium park with a listed 72 sites to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a very long RV rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Dutch John – instead stop and rest at FLAMING GORGE RECREATION AREA – MUSTANG RIDGE.
