FATHER HENNEPIN STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Isle. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 103 pads to park your home away from home. This park has no pull thru sites. If you are driving a large RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Wags since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip iced tea in style. If you ever get near Isle make sure you stop on by the FATHER HENNEPIN STATE PARK.
