FALCONS NEST FAMCAMPGROUND ( FOR MILITARY CAMPING ONLY) is a RV Park in or near the town of Sumter. It is a fairly small park with a reported 21 sites to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your mansion on wheels since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without WiFi and this park has it so that is a good thing. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Sumter, you might find a great place to stay at FALCONS NEST FAMCAMPGROUND ( FOR MILITARY CAMPING ONLY).
