FAIRFIELD LAKE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Fairfield. It is a largish park with a reported 135 rv sites to park your coach. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a large RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Wags since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at FAIRFIELD LAKE STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Fairfield.
