EMERALD LAKE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of East Dorset. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 97 pads to park your camper. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long camper since the sites are built for large RVs. We do not believe the park has electric hookups. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Wags since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by East Dorset – instead stop and rest at EMERALD LAKE STATE PARK.
