ELK NECK STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of North East. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a claimed 268 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. If you just cannot get away without a little taste of the internet – do not be alarmed – Wireless Internet is at the park. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near North East make sure you stop on by the ELK NECK STATE PARK.
