ELK ISLAND PARK – SANDY BEACH CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Fort Saskatchewan. It is a mostly medium park with a listed 71 sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large Class A motorhome. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip gin and tonics in style. I am confident that the kind folks at ELK ISLAND PARK – SANDY BEACH CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Fort Saskatchewan.
