ELK CREEK CAMPGROUND (NFS) is a RV Park in or near the town of Gunnison. It is a almost small park with a possible 45 sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a mansion on wheels, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. I am confident that the kind folks at ELK CREEK CAMPGROUND (NFS) would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Gunnison.
