ELEPHANT BUTTE LAKE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Elephant Butte. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a reported 230 sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Your mansion on wheels should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Elephant Butte, you might find a great place to stay at ELEPHANT BUTTE LAKE STATE PARK.
