DU QUOIN STATE FAIRGROUNDS is a RV Park in or near the town of Du Quoin. It is a very large park with a listed 1000 slots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Du Quoin, you might find a great place to stay at DU QUOIN STATE FAIRGROUNDS.
