DRIFTWOOD CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Cedar Island. It is a fairly small park with a possible 25 spots to park your RV. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your large RV since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Note – tent camping is forbidden. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Cedar Island, you might find a great place to stay at DRIFTWOOD CAMPGROUND.
