DOUBLE LAKE RECREATION AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Coldspring. It is a small to medium park with a possible 65 pads to park your coach. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a large Class A motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at DOUBLE LAKE RECREATION AREA would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Coldspring.
