DORIS CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Lawton. It is a small park with a reported 60 spots to park your home away from home. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a very long camper, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Lawton – instead stop and rest at DORIS CAMPGROUND.
