DETROIT LAKE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Detroit. It is a somewhat large park with a reported 311 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a Motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Sewer connections are provided. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Detroit, give the peeps at DETROIT LAKE STATE PARK a call.
