DEER TRAIL PARK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Wytheville. It is a small to medium park with a claimed 64 rv sites to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your 45 footer should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. If you just cannot get away without a little taste of the internet – do not be alarmed – 802.11 Wireless Internet is at the park. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Rusty since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Wytheville make sure you stop on by the DEER TRAIL PARK CAMPGROUND.
