Long Description
DEER SPRINGS RV PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Mayhill. It is a small park with a possible 60 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Your large RV should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without Wireless Internet and this park has it so that is a good thing. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little ole Yeller since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Mayhill make sure you stop on by the DEER SPRINGS RV PARK.

Jim in El Paso says
We love Deer Springs RV Park … the pull through spots, the availability for two units traveling together to set up facing each other, the FULL hook-ups (Except cable or satellite TV, land-line phone), the Wi-Fi is pretty good but can get a little slow if there are a lot of people using it but most important, the park is beautifully maintained and cared for. Great get-away from El Paso when it’s hot … last trip we were escaping 100+ temps in El Paso and Deer Springs was highs in the upper 70’s to low 80’s and needed the heater at night. If you want your cell phone to work you’ll probably need to use Verizon and have a signal booster but sometimes getting away from the electronic leash is just what the doctor ordered/

Great write-up/comment Jim. We need to escape the heat in Austin sometimes too!
