DEER RIDGE RESORT is a RV Park in or near the town of Richmond. It is a small to medium park with a claimed 63 slots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very large camper since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. One of the more civilized services – Wireless Internet – is provided by the owners of the park. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Bring your skivvies this park has access to a pool. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip jack and coke in style. I am confident that the kind folks at DEER RIDGE RESORT would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Richmond.
