DAWSON CITY PARK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Dawson. It is a super miniscule park with a claimed 10 sites to park your RV. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Your Big Rig should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Maybe an anti-riff-raff rule, but tent camping is not accepted. Bring your swim trunks this park has access to a pool. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Dawson – instead stop and rest at DAWSON CITY PARK CAMPGROUND.
