DARIEN LAKES STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Darien Center. It is a largish park with a claimed 158 spots to park your coach. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large Class A motorhome. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Darien Center, give the peeps at DARIEN LAKES STATE PARK a call.
