DAN RIVER CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Stoneville. It is a somewhat small park with a reported 40 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large Class A. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little ole Furr Ball since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Bring your swim suit this park has access to a pool. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip iced tea in style.
