CUNNINGHAM FALLS STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Thurmont. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a claimed 171 rv sites to park your coach. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your mansion on wheels since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at CUNNINGHAM FALLS STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Thurmont.
