CONNOR BATTLEFIELD STATE HISTORIC SITE is a RV Park in or near the town of Ranchester. It is a very small park with a claimed 20 rv sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A since the sites are built for large RVs. We do not believe the park has electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Fluffy since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at CONNOR BATTLEFIELD STATE HISTORIC SITE would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Ranchester.
