CONDITS RANCH is a RV Park in or near the town of Putnam. It is a somewhat small park with a listed 40 sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your 45 footer since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Sewer connections are provided. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Putnam, give the peeps at CONDITS RANCH a call.
