COLUMBIA HILLS STATE PARK — HORSE THIEF LAKE is a RV Park in or near the town of Dallesport. It is a very small park with a listed 12 pads to park your camper. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a Motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Dallesport – instead stop and rest at COLUMBIA HILLS STATE PARK — HORSE THIEF LAKE.
