COLONIAL WOODS FAMILY CAMPING RESORT is a RV Park in or near the town of Upper Black Eddy. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a reported 240 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Your large RV should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. One of the more civilized services – 802.11 Wireless Internet – is provided by the owners of the park. When you are relaxing and enjoying your RV, you will also enjoy the Cable TV hookups too. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip pina colada in style.
