COLLINS LAKE RECREATION AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Oregon House. It is a largish park with a reported 143 sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your very large camper since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. If you just cannot get away without a little taste of the internet – do not be alarmed – Wireless Internet is at the park. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at COLLINS LAKE RECREATION AREA would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Oregon House.
