COLD BROOK LAKE COE is a RV Park in or near the town of Hot Springs. It is a very small park with a reported 13 spots to park your home away from home. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Your large Class A motorhome should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. We do not believe the park has electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Hot Springs make sure you stop on by the COLD BROOK LAKE COE.
