CLEARWATER LAKE RECREATION AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Umatilla. It is a almost small park with a reported 42 rv sites to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip iced tea in style. Do not just drive by Umatilla – instead stop and rest at CLEARWATER LAKE RECREATION AREA.
