CHUGACH STATE PARK BIRD CREEK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Anchorage. It is a fairly small park with a possible 28 sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has no pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long RV rig since the sites are built for large RVs. We do not believe the park has electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Anchorage, you might find a great place to stay at CHUGACH STATE PARK BIRD CREEK CAMPGROUND.
