CHIEF JOSEPH PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Harlowton. It is a very small park with a reported 20 rv sites to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your large RV since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Rusty since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip iced tea in style. Do not just drive by Harlowton – instead stop and rest at CHIEF JOSEPH PARK.
