CHIEF HOSA LODGE AND CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Golden. It is a small to medium park with a claimed 61 sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your 45 footer since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 Wireless Internet and this park has it so that is a good thing. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip soda in style. Do not just drive by Golden – instead stop and rest at CHIEF HOSA LODGE AND CAMPGROUND.
